1. Service
ChromaMe provides a precision personal colour analysis service. Results are generated algorithmically and are provided for informational and styling guidance purposes only. Results may vary based on photo quality and lighting conditions.
2. Digital Products
PDF reports are digital goods delivered via email. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final unless a technical fault prevents delivery. Contact us at support@chromame.app within 7 days if you experience delivery issues.
3. Accuracy
Our analysis is designed to be highly accurate but is not a substitute for an in-person consultation with a trained colour analyst. Results depend on photo quality.ChromaMe makes no guarantee that the identified season will be agreed upon by all professional consultants.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on ChromaMe, including report content, design, and copy, is the intellectual property of ChromaMe. Reports are licensed for personal use only and may not be resold or distributed.
